We’re looking for skilled and motivated Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics to join our growing team! As a residential Kalgoorlie role, you’ll work on a range of heavy equipment both in the workshop and across local sites. With the option of either casual flexibility or full-time security.

Worthy Engineering is a mining services repairer, operating a team of over 70 employees from large workshop facilities in Perth (Henderson) and Kalgoorlie. Worthy Engineering offers a wide range of repair services to support our client’s operations. We provide transparent and reliable service with safety always at the forefront.

• Carry out scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
• Perform breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile plant
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Work safely and efficiently within site guidelines
• Liaise with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals

• Trade Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (Australian recognised)
• Experience in mining, earthmoving, or civil plant maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• C Class Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• A team-first attitude and commitment to safety
