Welcome Back, Craig Bolton: Celebrating a MXoN Champion

Home | Blogs | Welcome Back, Craig Bolton: Celebrating a MXoN Champion

Spread the love

At Worthy Engineering Services, we believe in recognising not only the hard work and dedication of our team members but also their remarkable achievements outside the workshop. Today, we are thrilled to welcome back Craig Bolton, a valued mechanic who recently played a vital role in the Australian national team’s historic victory at the FIM Monster Energy Motocross of Nations (MXoN) held in England.

This remarkable win saw Kyle Webster and brother duo Jett and Hunter Lawrence mark Australia’s first Chamberlain Trophy triumph after five decades of competing, and we couldn’t be prouder of Craig’s contributions to this achievement.

Craig’s journey with the MXoN team was nothing short of extraordinary. As a skilled mechanic, he was entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that the bikes operated flawlessly during one of the most prestigious events in motocross. His technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail were crucial in helping the team navigate the demanding conditions of the competition. However, Craig’s involvement with the Australian team went beyond his mechanical prowess; it was also deeply rooted in his passion for motocross.

As a distinguished motocross rider himself, Craig understands the intricacies of the sport from both sides of the equation. His firsthand experience as a competitor equips him with a unique perspective that allows him to anticipate the needs of the riders he supports. Unfortunately, injuries have sidelined him from racing in recent years, but his commitment to the sport has never waned. Instead, he channeled his energy into helping his fellow competitors shine on the global stage, ultimately contributing to Australia’s historic victory.

Over the past three months, Craig has been traveling the world, working closely with Team Honda, where he honed his skills and gained invaluable experience. His time with such a prestigious team has enriched his knowledge and deepened his love for the sport. As Craig returns to his role as a Component Rebuilder in our Kalgoorlie workshop, we are excited to see how his experiences will benefit our operations and inspire our team.

At Worthy Engineering Services, we understand that our employees have aspirations that extend beyond their day-to-day responsibilities. We wholeheartedly support Craig and all our staff in their pursuit of excellence, both within and outside of the workplace. It is this spirit of encouragement and dedication to personal goals that fosters a thriving environment at our company. We take pride in creating a culture where talent is nurtured, and ambitions are realised.

As Craig settles back into his routine, we look forward to his contributions in the workshop and his insights gained from his recent experiences. His presence adds significant value to our team, and we are excited to see how he will leverage his enhanced skills and knowledge in his role.
